We know everyone has been anxiously awaiting the arrival of our next shipment of toys for the past several months. So are we! Due to the limited production quantity for the recent figures, we were forced to wait for all the various products to finish production to cut cost on shipping fees. This resulted in the delayed arrival of several products that were finished early summer. The products were set to leave China around July 19, but the port was hit by a typhoon which delayed departure for a week. When the shipment finally arrived in L.A on August 4th, it was supposed to have cleared customs within a week. But for some unknown reason, the custom process was slow as molasses and ended up dragging out for 2 weeks. After numerous phone tag sessions, we finally received notification today that the initial X-ray exam was competed but an additional 2-5 days are needed for the CET full exam. We are not sure what kind of Micky Mouse operation they are running over at Customs, but the wait has been extremely frustration. We hope you understand our situation and give us a bit more patience as we attempt to resolve everything. We appreciate you support.
