I also don't mean to be rude. There was nothing in the description to alert me to anything about the vampire, other than, she was a vampire.
See it from my perspective. I don't know anything about this character, where she's from, who made her, who she belongs to, etc.
See it from the public's eyes. They all want their own characters to be made into a figure; that would be awesome! I could think of a few personal pieces I'd like to see come to life. But how many people would really buy it? PT does this to make money, remember.
 They aren't going to do something personal to you, when only a few people may know what it really means.
 I looked through the gallery on your page, and I still don't have an attachment to her like you do. Sure, there's a couple that like the way she looks. But the vast majority of people on PT will not buy a personal character of someone else's. Especially if it's 30+.

 I think that most of PT forgets that,  says OMG CUTE!1 and 5's everything.
When I score designs, it's based on the likelihood that I would buy that piece as a figure. This is what PT wants up to do, afterall;; someone may really like the design of something, but if they aren't going to buy it, PT really doesn't care that much about it.
