Tippi was a character I designed in an animation class back when I was in school. He loves to play dress up and runs around playing practical jokes on everyone. He may be cute but don't make him mad. Once he pops his claws its over and his teeth are nothing to smile about. He loves cotton candy but mainly the pink kind as you can tell by his complexion.
