We all need someone to appeal to our better nature and Spooky is cuter than Jiminy Cricket.
I'd have to see the price before buying [being on a fixed income
This hasn't been voted up yet? I would have thought it would have gotten there already. I would love to see Cleo up, as well, but you have to start somewhere, and Spooky is a good start.
Pose does not look relaxed or natural, smile looks forced, base looks more like old icing or snow. It doesn't look like the kind of relaxed or friendly person I'd like to look at every day.
lean looks unnatural. Smile looks more like stifling a yawn. Face does NOT look friendly. Finally, cloud base looks more like snow or old icing. Nothing about the way she sits looks relaxed.
I think the cloud is sufficiently fluffy on the bottom, but perhaps a little more fluffiness on the cloud top might help, although I like the design as is. Either way, I really like it. Everyone needs an angel to watch over their computer.
I have a few things I'd like to address with this design.
1. The idea that the toy design would sit atop the corner of a computer monitor is an interesting one. How would you propose that the figure would stay there with the vast variety of computer monitors on the market?
2. Currently the cloud part of the design where the angel sits is not reading well. I hate to say it, but it reads more as a bird dropping than a cloud. What else could you look at to change this or soften the original cloud idea?
3. Generally webcomic characters are successful on Patchtogether if there is a sufficient fanbase willing to purchase toys created from them. Do you feel that this toy appeals to a mass market?
4. The biggest issue that you could encounter with this design is the model itself. I am aware that there are many free 3D models available these days but unsure whether you are legally allowed to put them forward as your own work and recieve revenue from them. Did you model the angel yourself in full or make modifications to an existing 3D model?

1. Center of gravity should do the trick, but mounting tape is cheap.
2. I thought it looked fine, but it may need some tweaking in the actual modelling stage.
3. That's the idea.
4. The 3d models used to produce these images are properly licenced. The images produced are wholey my copyright.

Thanks for your time.
