Leaving the anatomical critique alone for a moment, I think your design could benefit from a strong observational study of tigers and their patterns. You currently have a uniform orange over the entirety of the character with flat black stripes haphazardly thrown over the top. If you adopted a more naturalistic approach with colour gradation and realistic colours, your design would benefit immensely.
For the record, those unfamiliar with your character would find the Christmas outfit to be rather confusing and out of context. You need to utilise a stronger design motif to tie your character's concept together.
I just don't understand who your audience is with this. How many people would spend $50 on a tiger furry dressed in a seasonal outfit? You can really only display it during Christmas without people lifting their eyebrows (well, it's a tiger girl so some might lift their eyebrows anyways, but you see what I'm getting at right? :P ).
The proportions of the design are really weird (why are the shoulders so much wider than the hips?), and the shape of the hair is really impractical for making a model out of. It'll break.

It's...kind of a bland design overall, too...
