The Plant Spirit is a wolf that got bound to growing plants around its body. Self prisoned in its cage of moss and vines, it dwells in the forests and necer comes to rest. The body is surrounded by leaves and vines. Moss is growing at the end of the tail and leaves a trail wherever the spirit goes.

It's as if Princess Mononoke's Nature Spirit merged with Okami. Brilliant illustration and excellent execution. Beautiful!

I saw the figurine first, and thought that was your illustration- congrats on a beautiful job well done! I think the finished result is as close as anyone could get to giving your artwork the respect it deserves.

I wonder if an actual plant could grow on it so it would be 'alive' in that since. Some kind of moss perhaps. Then i can use this in lieu of a compass.

Very Princess Mononoke-like! But I see no direct reference-- it's so hard to make things original, and with all of the eath-element-lovers and wolf lovers out there, this is perfect and totally beautiful. I would love to see Patch Together pull this off as a figure.

Very princess mononoke. Would look gorgeous as a sculpture and/or centerpiece. Hope it doesn't end up looking tacky though. Lovely design!

I know this has all ready made it to preorder but...I love the picture, it's amazing, I just personally don't think it would make a good toy. Like it would take up too much room with the trail of leaves and vines, and would just be an awkward shaped toy. I guess maybe if it was on a base?? I don't know, maybe it's just me. I do LOVE the artwork though.

I really like the design for this character, and the plants and such make up for the fact it is a wolf. I really would like to see it in a more exciting pose though. He's made of vines and leaves and such, surely he can do all sorts of fantastical things with them! I've loved you work for a long time, and I actually would like to own this. ;) Much luck!

Way too generic. I've seen so many of these done before. Sure maybe someone might want a resin of it but come on, what's with the whole 'Wolves in Unimaginative Poses' theme that's been floating around on this site? I wanna see something original. PLEASE!

This is a really cool design, but.... Eh, it's just a wolf standing there. I'd love to see him... Climbing a tree, or jumping, or growing or SOMETHING. This is beautiful but it has no spark.

This is very interesting. Not the most original since I seen it done a lot before, but it would make for a very nice figurine with all that detail even if the pose is generic. I give it a high score for all the detail.
