About My Design
Joyce was raised and homeschooled in smalltown Indiana by her parents and her three older brothers. The world would call her naive or childish or smallminded, but Joyce will surprise everyone with her singleminded cheerfulness, optimism, and (most importantly) perseverance. She'll need these qualities more than ever now that she's at a large university, spending all of her days with people outside her family and friends for the first time! It could be a scary time of radical adjustment for Joyce, but she's too determined to find the good in people to let things get to her.

Joyce is intended to be a statue done in 6" scale. She's 5'4", so that'd make her statue about 13.5 centimeters tall. That's the plan, anyway!

She's one of my favorite characters (tied for first with Walky) and I would LOVE to have her as a statue.

Joyce is one of my favorite characters that I have recently started reading less then a year ago. It would be awesome if there were a statue of her as well ^^

Weird pose, and I liked her design better before she got so short and shorthaired for DoA, but it will do. It's still Joyce, after all.

I would so buy this.

I rather like the pose, and this is my second favorite of the outfits Mr. Willis had on the poll on the DoA site, so it's all good.

Lobita commented on 7th Aug 2011 (Report Spam)

Well-designed as a statuette, but a little generic a character. I guess she's a webcomic character or something?
