About My Design

In Norse mythology, Jormungandr is known as the World Serpent, a snake big enough to encircle the entire world. In Thistil Mistil Kistil, a comic heavily based around Norse mythology, he's still just as big, but only wants to encircle your heart. Just don't let him squeeze too hard. While there are many different interpretations of Jormungandr, this particular design is from my original webcomic Thistil Mistil Kistil, located at http://tmkcomic.depleti.com. I always thought Jormy would be the perfect candidate for a plush toy. He's really very friendly and could definitely use a hug.

Awesome! I love snakes and Jormungandr has become a favorite. Also I'd love to see the look on my Viking History professor's face if I walked into his office with this plushy version draped round my neck!
