A larvae the size of a space shuttle that glides through the deepest and darkest parts of the universe to eat whatever ice and rock it can. Though it is not known what creature they mature into, it is safe to say that you wouldn't want to be around to find out. Each grub's outer layer is thick and jellylike, sharp debris from chunks of asteroids are able to pass in one side and out the other without trouble, and the jelly heals itself automatically to keep out the vacuum of the void.
