This is my character from a story I'm still developing. Her name is Rachéle Blu. She is part of "The Night Crew" and they go out at night to use their "gifts." The Sol (short for solution) has put the city under their control and will detain anyone expressing any act of "laissez faire." The Sol have invented a device that can take the "gifts" of the detainee. It's up to her and "The Night Crew" to get their city back!
