I think you could work more on the wings, to me the shape is too much simple and not very harmonious. Would also like to see turnarounds.

Very nice, love the colors. Yes it would be nice to see a different pose but I di like this one as it shows off the wings and face together very well.

She's very pretty, but there's something in her face that makes me think she could well suit being in a more interesting pose. I see a sort of 'come and try it, buster' look in that grin and it makes me think that perhaps she's a little more tough than those gossamer wings suggest. Perhaps she could have been beckoning, or... I dunno, even holding a weapon of some sort. That's the route I'd go down - 'toughening her up' a little - because even though she's not quite as delicate as the typical fairy you can buy in a store, there's nothing that quite stands out about her just yet, except her expression.
