Seems really clashing. Maybe if you increased opacity on the legs or gradient blended them into the base colour of the body, it might work better. The transition is kinda abrupt.

I agree. All over the place is just how this looks to me. The colours just don't go at all. And I'm not loving the pattern arms. You know what would be cool? Black and lime green striped arms, black wings, lime green dots on his ears ... and I'm not sure about his eye colour and the stripes on his tail ... but, you know, try to keep it coherent in the colours you choose. He's a cute little fellow, just needs a bit of togetherness applied.

I dont know why, but this really looks all over the place to me..
I think maybe because everything is so random, like Mitti said. (ex. the arms being two different patterns, red dots on ears/head)
