About My Design

The Clockwork Bear is an assistant to the Sandman. While he makes sure people go to sleep at night, he has underlings to take care of dreams. The Clockwork Bear is in charge of children's dreams. She makes sure the little ones sleep peacefully at night, their minds cradled softly in gentle fantasy.

This is infinitely better, the sitting position in particular makes a very interesting design for plush animal. Good luck with your design

Simple and charming. It reminds me of Dali's Dreamscapes! I think this would be best used as a t-shirt. If you wanted this to be a toy, it probably could use a little more detail.

I like the idea and I agree with Samotage about exploring the design. I feel the body could be pushed a lot further as well. I don't think it has to be emaciated like luxnoctem suggested, but I do feel it needs something to make it more interesting. Texture, color or a more dynamic pose would make this as a sculpture more appealing from all angles. You could also consider adding some clock elements to the body (I love the idea of a pengulum).

Surreal but strangely enchanting and charming. Many a parent would love to have this little bear keeping an eye on the kids.

This is so wonderfully surreal. This would definately go well with fans of Niel Gaiman's work. Truth be told, she looks like she stepped from the pages of one of Sandman's comics.

I agree with Samotage and LuxNoctem though. Explore this concept to its fullest potential! A great spinoff would be clockfaces and timepieces through the ages. Just to play along with the mythology you've created.

I agree with Samotage for the face. But with the body try and keep the creep level up, make it really skinny and like a bonebag, add really long fur in places, just give it something that really sticks out, also maybe add more colours it look's a bit dull. I like the idea though :)

Love the idea, but I think it could be pushed farther!

For example, I don't think the cartoonish eyes, nose and mouth are even necessary--it would look awesomely surreal/creepy with just a clock for a face.

But play with the clock design a bit! Look up old clock faces, grandfather clocks, the Big Ben, etc, and bring some of those details into the clock's design. Maybe you could work a pendulum into her design somehow, or some gears! Or what if she was a digital clock?

Do some sketches and experiment! I bet you could comeup with something amazing =D
